Whether your house has been on the market at a standstill, or you’re getting ready to list and hoping for a quick sell, we are in the business of turning your vacant home into an irresistible space. You might still be wondering, why stage when you could leave it a blank slate for shoppers?

Online real estate listings have had a huge impact on the way buyers shop for homes. Buyers now have the ability to quickly scan a number of listings, often making quick decisions based on what they see online. If a buyer doesn’t like what they see online, they won’t schedule a showing. Today, your home’s online appeal is just as important as its curb appeal. Our team specializes in staging homes to look their best through the camera lens in order to drive traffic for showings.

Beyond bringing buyers to your door with eye-catching photos, we also ensure that your home looks its best once they’re inside. Many buyers struggle to dream up how well a space could be used when they walk through it empty. That’s why what we do is so successful! We bring life to your vacant home in a way that helps buyers envision themselves there and helps them see the value of the home. We arrange and decorate rooms to create the feeling of home, and deliver on the expectation set by your online listing.

We understand that no two homes are the same, which is why we provide smart, custom-tailored design services to our clients. Our focus is on the quality of the finished job, and highlighting the features that will make your house stand out to your ideal buyer. We’ll begin with an in-home consultation, where we will create a plan that is unique to your home and targets the right kind of buyer.

Our staging services emphasize the wonderful qualities of your home. While your finished project will be as unique as your home, you can typically expect the following process when you call us to stage your vacant home:

  1. We complete an initial consultation at your home
  2. Set To Show will provide you with a proposal and costs
  3. With your approval, we provide a staging contract
  4. Then, our team will get to work with pre-staging at our warehouse
  5. Once all of the design work is complete, and all furniture selections have been made, everything is packed and ready for the stage
  6. On the stage date, we load our truck and head for your property
  7. Our team then spends the day installing the stage, which includes everything from rugs to furniture to artwork and accessories

When you work with Set To Show, staging a home is much more than just throwing in some furniture! That mentality is what sets us apart from the rest. We design with intention. With a targeted type of buyer in mind, we customize the staging of every home so that when someone who fits our ideal walks in, the home fits theirs. To do this well, we stay ahead of the trends always buying furniture and decor that are coming up in style. When a buyer sees a home outfitted in a fashion that appeals to them, they’ll begin to see it as their must-have, and won’t wait to make an offer.

From the cozy Minneapolis bungalow near a lake to a sprawling Wayzata home on Lake Minnetonka, we work with sellers in a range of square footage, at a variety of price points, in an array of neighborhoods. We would be happy to provide you with a custom bid for your space.
